As summer approaches we look forward to extra time spent with our kids, but we also tend to feel overwhelmed with the amount of time we need to keep our kids from getting bored. The summer also tends to be a time when we are busy going to the cabin, the beach, camps, and much more and we sometimes forget to take time to focus on God and our relationship with the Bible. If you haven’t started exploring the Sparkhouse Family Bible Reading Plan this year, now may be the perfect time! Each month’s plan takes you through four different Bible stories that follow a theme and provides you with discussion questions, a prayer, and an activity. The summer plans are created to make the activities take a bit longer to help combat some of that summertime boredom.
June’s theme is Splashy Stories in the Bible. The activity for this month is to do a Float Your Boat challenge with your family and friends. Sign up here to receive an email with June’s plan and start making a splash today!*
*By signing up today you will also automatically receive July through December’s monthly Bible Reading Plan as well!
